On the Vita, the clock at the top of the mGBA menu is off by 2 hours.

Version: mGBA-nightly-2017-04-08-vita-19d0ca3b8b63dd25c17539357d09a47b44d2e6db

Example in my case:

Configured "Time Zone": UTC+01:00 Berlin
Vita time: 20:50
mGBA time: 18:50:00
