When you enter a battle, the character portrait and the spell icons become corrupted.

OpenGL mode (any resolution, even x1):
1503 - Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (UE) (M8)-0

Software mode:
1503 - Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (UE) (M8)-1

To reproduce it: Load this save and walk north. After some text you'll be forced to battle
